Cafe Axom — Restaurant in Assam

I ordered non veg fried rice and drums of heaven from the menu …when i got drums of heaven it taste so bad,its burn &even odour of burn was there and meat was old…then fried rice came and i tasted ,there wasnt a pinch of salt in it and i complained it immediately and there reaction were the cook have given less salt then i said there was none of it ….why would i complain if there was a salt???? Then i waited for waiter to take action or reexchange or do something but he was busy with other customers… he was none bother to solve my problem and then i didnt have my fried rice completely n i complain it in the cashier and this people rather than solving my problem they were quiet and gave a me bill and gave 40rs discount…. I feel surprised …they can simply reexchange or take the same dish and give a pinch of salt but was big deal for them… N most specially dont feed bad burnt meat in the name of drum of heavens!!!!!!!!! You can take bill but cant solve customer’s problem!!!!!! I went there because i was hungry and i believe they would gave a quality food but nothing less then poor service n poor food quality…Never had a bad experience...

Nice place at a trendy location. Near hotel Dilip . Good to grab a quick bite or snack. Can go for dining anytime whether be it a date or group get together. For couples there are booths available. The ambience is shady n sophisticated. You can have a snack or fill yourself with heavy meal. There are awesome food combos that you can have , colorful mocktails and tasty crunch bites. I really like the chicken butter Maggi . They really provide a bowl stuffed with the aroma of butter, a lot of veggies and chicken pieces and sprinkles or corriander. Poor food, Poor staff behaviour. But i'll give credit to the interiors. Seriously, if you just want to go click pictures then please, go ahead. Don't go for the food. One lowlife waiter argued with me when i complained about the aweful taste of their "virgin mojito". Instead of taking my feedback, he was lecturing me about its taste. Now what kind of behaviour is that? Should your customers be treated like that? Please. Never visiting again. Get some professional waiters than these...
