Sweet Tooth — Restaurant in Assam

Very worst experience ever..i ordered a cake of 2.5kg 7days ago for a prgrm on 22nd may.on the evening of 21st may sweettooth said that they cannot make the cake in the design we gave them.(they had to say it atleast one day before.since we had the progrm in the next day.yet we didnot treat them badly)as we have no option at that last moment,we changed the design and ordered another 2 tier cake.I told them that the cake had to be brought to Golaghat.we needed at 9Am.But they said we could give at 9.30 am.but they give the cake at10.20 am.but after driving full ac in the car on such a good road from Jorhat to Dergaon,the cake cracked in a short distance.when I informed them they said that the cake broke due to the heat(but the car was in full ac)and our mistake.if they had frosted the cake well,it wouldn't have broken.our special moment was ruined just because of 'SWEETTOOTH'they didnot feel 1% guilty.the total price of the cake was 3800 including name toppers(2.5kg vannila flavour)since we didnot want to pay the remaining 1000 after the cake spoiled.they said that if we donot pay they need to return the cake.is it possible to return a broken cake from...

I had ordered cakes three times, for my son's birthday, hoping for third time lucky. My first order was delivered 2 and half hours late. By then some of our guest have already left. Second cake was delivered on time with a wrong spelling of my son. They took the liberty to change the spelling of my son's name. Third cake is an experience I pray no one should go through. I ordered a two tier dark chocolate cake and she Ms Fayeja, delivered plain vanilla cake. Texted her expressing my unhappiness. Ms Fayeja, I believe is the owner, read my text but no reply. Expected a call but no call. So I called but no answer. I believe we all deserve second chances. But here I gave her third chance and she hit a sixer. I had a very disappointing experience with my recent cake order. I ordered an edible printed cake but was shocked to receive a printed photo pasted on the cake instead. I specifically requested butterscotch flavor but was given vanilla, which was completely unsatisfactory. The cake was filled with excessive cream and had no proper layering, making it lack texture and appeal.

The pricing was unreasonably high compared to other cake shops in Jorhat, and the quality certainly did not justify the cost. Beware of the deceptive photos on Instagram — the reality is far from what’s advertised.

Punctuality is a serious issue; my order was not ready on time. The overall customer service was poor, with zero attention to customer satisfaction or hospitality.
