Delicious and so called authentic dosa recipe of SOuth what the outlet is serving, crispy and hot with mashed masala vegetable stuffing dosa. Great chef and I would reccomend every item from their menus. But must reccomended are their Masala dosa and idli , sambar vada. I think the authenticity of a dish is its origin so I personally don't like unwanted modification like adding cheese or pizza like stuffing to the dosa.. South Indian dishes are meant for its simplicity and healthy diets and that's what make it simple and sweet. But more of new gen like conjusted stuffing that's another matter 😄. One of the best dosas in Jorhat, that too for a cheap price. Located at the Old Shankar pharmacy. A startup by a young entrepreneur. His endeavors are really appreciable. The dosa at this place start at Rs 60 which is least in the city. For anyone who is to come at a regular basis this is an important information that I am sharing. If we go upscale there is butter dosa, butter masala dosa, butter rava masala dosa, cheese masala dosa etc that encompass a great variety. I found the cheese dosa really good and creamy. We visited this place last week. I have already heard so many good things about this place. so, I come to visit this place with my partner. The restaurant offers wide range of dosa, idli, samber and other south Indian dishes. We have tried maslaa dosa and paneer dosa, as we are told to taste those dishes. Both the dishes are really mouthwatering and delicious. They also give extra satni and samber whenever we are asked for. Honestly I haven't tasted many dishes from south, but this items are really good. Finally, A must visit south Indian cuisine restaurant in Jorhat.
