Not sure about other staffs but the sales person I met today was absolutely rubbish in terms of knowledge. Went in down there to look for a tricycle for a 1+ year old kid, presented me his best product with marks on the shade cloth over the tricycle as it was on display...that's understandable. But upon noticing the cycle seat to be somehow uprooted and the screws exposed open on the seat which was very evident.. I asked that it might hurt the child riding it but his answer was mind blowing - There is no seat from the company and why will we not give the seat ? Please see carefully they have flattened and polished the seat for safety. After hearing this I spontaneously left and kept wondering on my way back home - Is sales at such higher priority over a child's safety ? Please be transparent and consumer will...

Went here to ask about my bike service. He just blatantly said the bike looks fine and no service needed... whereas I know the problems the bike has since I ride everyday. He spoiled the cycle to the extreme. Handle bolt was removed and in a fixed back in a haphazard manner and forced in the bolt in a tilted way. The bearing was gone and he told it is there. If he doesn't want fix tell that. The owner doesn't come to the shop. When we took a handle extender he to it is not fixable. So...

Pathetic service - bill given was also not computerised Service and Warranty realted shared us was also incorrect we paid 40 K for hero electro cycle - now he is not responng nor helping us with the issue.
