Not sure about other staffs but the sales person I met today was absolutely rubbish in terms of knowledge. Went in down there to look for a tricycle for a 1+ year old kid, presented me his best product with marks on the shade cloth over the tricycle as it was on display...that's understandable. But upon noticing the cycle seat to be somehow uprooted and the screws exposed open on the seat which was very evident.. I asked that it might hurt the child riding it but his answer was mind blowing - There is no seat from the company and why will we not give the seat ? Please see carefully they have flattened and polished the seat for safety.
