recently had the pleasure of visiting Foresta Bistro and Cafe, and I must say it was an exquisite dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and the cozy ambiance instantly made me feel at home.

The interior design of Foresta Bistro and Cafe is truly captivating. The space is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic and modern elements. The soft lighting and comfortable seating arrangements create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal place for a leisurely meal or a catch-up with friends.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Foresta Bistro and Cafe offers a wide range of options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're a meat lover, a vegetarian, or someone with specific dietary restrictions, you'll find something to delight your palate. I decided to try their signature dish, the Foresta Chicken Parmesan, and it was absolutely divine. The chicken was tender, the marinara sauce was rich and flavorful, and the melted cheese on top added the perfect finishing touch. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness.

Aside from the exceptional food, Foresta Bistro and Cafe also boasts an impressive drink menu. They have a variety of handcrafted cocktails, as well as a selection of fine wines and craft beers. I opted for a refreshing mojito, and it was expertly crafted with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness.

The service at Foresta Bistro and Cafe deserves special mention. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about providing a memorable dining experience. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and offer recommendations based on my preferences. The waitstaff made sure that my needs were promptly taken care of, without being intrusive.

One aspect that impressed me was the attention to detail given to presentation. Each dish was beautifully plated, showcasing the chef's artistic flair. The combination of flavors, textures, and colors made the dining experience truly enjoyable, not just for the taste buds but also for the eyes.

Overall, my visit to Foresta Bistro and Cafe was nothing short of exceptional. The inviting atmosphere, delectable food, impressive drink selection, attentive service, and impeccable presentation all contributed to a delightful experience. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in a charming setting. Foresta Bistro and Cafe has certainly set the bar high for...

Foodie Aakash this time explored the little-known Champa Gali in south Delhi’s Saidulajab village near Saket, the capital’s own Parisian passageway, which offers a fine blend of coffee, art and culture.

Out of many restaurants, I chose to visit Foresta Bistro & Cafe. But why this? Lets see.

INTERIORS / AMBIENCE

The major reason why I visited this restaurant is its excellent & photogenic interiors. Its has all, that a teenager would love to hangout here. Its has the facility of Outdoor Seating so that on can have advantage of Delhi's weather. They have placed couches both inside & outside so as to have comfortable eating with dear friends. Along with that, it also have wooden textured table for family lunch & dinner with parents.

They have placed big TV screen which displays channel on mute because they side by side plays loud music with poor knowledge of songs to be played.

FOODING

I was really impressed by the food they serve. But one problem with them is that their SERVICE is VERY SLOW.

Tandoori momo: It just tasted heavenly & is one of the best item that i ate here. It was served with an uncommon chutney, Coriander Chutney which had mixture of Dahi.

Alfredo Pasta: I had no idea about this pasta, but it appeared to white pasta with garlic bread. Taste was pretty average.

King Burger: It was really big in size & was difficult to eat. But taste was just fine.

Margherita Pizza: Its was really soft and tasted fabulous. But they had put too much off basil on pizza's base.

Chilli Baby Corn: Baby corn was somewhat hard and big in size but...

Few days back, I visited this place on new year eve with my friends. We ordered chilli garlic noodles, white sauce pasta, malai chaap, Momo pizza and spring roll. They serve north indian and mughlai. This place is near Saket metro station, Champa Gali, New Delhi

Chilli Garlic Noodles: It was yummy. I loved it. Taste: 4/5

White Sauce Pasta: It was good in taste but quite salty. Taste: 4/5

Malai Chaap: It was Ok. Chaap was not cooked well and taste was also not so good. Taste: 2/5

Momo Pizza: First time I tried Momo pizza and it was a unique fusion. I loved it. It had thin crust base. Their was lots of cheese. Pizza was crunchy and so cheesy, topped up with momos. It was so yummy. Highly recommended. Tried their Momo pizza. Taste: 4/5

Spring Roll: It was good but less in quantity. Taste: 3/5

About the ambience: A lovely ambience. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting. I loved their outdoor sitting more. Ambience: 5/5

About the service: Service was slow, they need to improve their service. Staff was polite and courteous. Service: 4/5

Overall a good place to hangout out with friends and family at...
