4yThis was my second visit to this casino and to say that it was disappointing would be an understatement.
It started with the ticket counter. I had booked online tickets for us (me & my wife), but we had to stand at the ticket counter in a crammed room for more than 25 minutes, just so someone would scan the QR code. The line was the same whether you've done online booking or paying at the spot for the entry. Why keep the same counter for both, I've no idea.
