A Culinary Fusion Oasis in Goa, Panjim

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Goa's Panjim, Saarva emerges as a beacon of culinary innovation, marrying the traditional flavors of Maharashtra with a contemporary twist. Stepping into Saarva feels like embarking on a gastronomic journey where each dish tells a story of cultural fusion and culinary mastery.

The menu at Saarva is a delightful exploration of Indian Maharashtrian cuisine, infused with expressive flavors that awaken the senses. From the first bite to the last, every dish is a testament to the chef's dedication to delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

One standout offering is their fresh mango tres leches, a divine concoction that tantalizes the taste buds with the essence of ripe mangoes straight from the tree. This refreshing dessert hits the top with its perfect balance of sweetness and the fresh fruit, offering a refreshing respite from the Goan heat.

Saarva's exotic menu is a testament to the creativity and passion of its culinary team showcase the restaurant's commitment to pushing the boundaries of traditional cuisine while honoring its roots.

The ambiance at Saarva is equally enchanting, with its chic decor and inviting atmosphere providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely meal with friends or embarking on a culinary adventure solo, Saarva promises to captivate your senses and leave you craving more.

A special mention must be made of Arup and his exceptional hospitality, which elevates the dining experience at Saarva to unparalleled heights. Arup's warm welcome makes us guest feels like royalty, adding an extra layer of delight to an already extraordinary culinary journey. His passion for hospitality shines through in every interaction, making each visit to Saarva a truly memorable occasion.

In conclusion, Saarva is more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary oasis where Indian and South Indian flavors take center stage in an unforgettable fusion extravaganza. With its expressive flavors, exotic menu, and refreshing Mango Tree Le Ches, Saarva is a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts seeking a taste of something truly extraordinary in the heart of...

This review is mainly for the Onam festival curated menu.

Sarvaa is a charming little restaurant located by the Ourem creek in Panjim. It’s well known for its specially curated festive menu.

I was looking forward to their Onam set menu as the items listed on it looked really appealing.

The ambiance was also on point with beautiful flower rangoli and a samay at its centre. The staff was warm and welcoming too.

However would like to list a few things which I found off the mark. Please consider these points as constructive criticism.

we felt the staff wasn’t really trained and was all over the place. They didn’t seem to know what they were serving us.

A fine dine restaurant which charges 950++ (additional 10% service charge) should take responsibility to explain their servers about a curated festive menu. It does justice to the chef preparing this meal too. No doubt the servers were quick to approach the table when called. Once the restaurant filled up and almost all the tables were occupied the management seemed to be running in all directions.

On finishing our main course we were waiting for the dessert but nobody was coming to our table. We called one of the managers and asked him about the dessert and to our surprise he said there was none. So we just showed him the menu they had only shared with us. And on seeing that he realised and got it. An honest mistake which was rectified too.

As mentioned earlier these are small attention to detail one expects from a a fine dine restaurant.

Coming to the food. There were certain items which were absolutely delicious. Especially the Avial. Loved it. There were few things that felt were a bit average.

Overall it was a good experience but definitely certain things can be...

SARVAA is an absolute gem in Panjim, offering a truly unique dining experience that blends exceptional food with warm hospitality and a captivating ambience. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a welcoming smile, and the elegant, coastal-inspired decor immediately sets the tone for a memorable meal.

The culinary journey at SARVAA is nothing short of extraordinary. I started with the Edamame Galaouti, which was a delightful twist on the traditional galouti kebab. The texture was smooth, and the flavors were beautifully balanced, offering a hint of edamame's freshness with every bite. It was a perfect start to the meal.

Next, I had the Amaranth topped with Burrata Cheese, served alongside Parmesan bread. This dish was a masterpiece in both presentation and taste. The rich, creamy burrata paired wonderfully with the amaranth, and the Parmesan bread added just the right amount of savory goodness.

The highlight of the evening was the Lobster Roll. The lobster was succulent and perfectly cooked, in a soft, buttery roll that was simply divine. It was, without a doubt, one of the best lobster dish I've ever had.

But what truly sets SARVAA apart is the hospitality. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your dining experience. They go above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect, adding a personal touch that makes you feel right at home.

The ambience is equally impressive, with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that makes it an ideal spot for a special evening out.

SARVAA is a must-visit for...

We had lunch and it was amazing . It was special menu today. Food was excellent chef Harshini herself came and explained her dishes. We are impressed . Staff was polite and helpful. Their a la carte menu is also good but we have not tried that. Bar menu offers some great cocktails . Overall it was a great experience.
