Sharing my horrible experience at this restaurant so that any future guest can save themselves from it. I had gone there on a Sunday afternoon looking for mango shake. The owner was behaving extremely rudely since the beginning. We were bearing with it thinking we just need to have one milkshake and then we'll go our way. We didn't want to ruin our Sunday. However, after making payment when we were about to leave he said, in a very rude and absurd tone, to pick our receipt (which his waiter had put on the table) from the table and take it with us. We refused politely saying we don't need it. He started shouting and creating a scene. He had absolutely no manners and deserves a 0 for hospitality. And I am forced to say here, sadly, you'll see this case in most of the Goan owned restaurants here whose superiority complex overflows the fact that they live in a state depended on tourism and hospitality is a key component. You can serve the tastiest food, but if you don't know how to serve it with warmth in your heart for someone whose going to pay for it, then you're not fit for the hospitality industry. Every hotelier will relate to this. Idk, if he was having a bad day or something. But I am never going back. If I could I would have rated him negative and also lodged a police complaint against him for misbehaving and saying...

I want to use the washroom so I asked the owner he told me we don’t have washroom as such then suddenly he told you can go upstairs by taking left to the end of his building. Then he flabbergasted and told me we dont have washroom again. Then I thought something is not bad , I decided to go upstairs and what I saw there was the Coconut chatni and some other good is getting prepared just attached to the washroom. Have a look to the video, some-of my family members they fall sick after few hours because of such unhygienic practice. Please take care of your family and your loved ones. Don’t...

The food is fine, actually the food is good. We had lunch, enjoyed it so came back for dinner. My girlfriend asked to go to the toilet so the waiter showed her upstairs to the toilet. After this he asked for a selfie which she said yes to feeling uncomfortable. The waiter then grabbed her and forcefully kissed her on the cheek a number of times, stopping her from pulling away. This is disgusting and should not happen...she is scared and very upset and this has ruined a otherwise great trip of India. The waiter is a middle aged man (roughly mid thirties to mid fourties) with black hair and...
