Venite has a few changes made to their name originally just venite now hosperdaria venite, a little paintings of welcome messages on the staircase that goes up else the interiors remain the same. A basic rustic house beautiful decor creating a very homely ambience. The food we ordered was just average to be honest, the Portuguese venite fish diah was nothing but fish caldine with a different name. The rice and prawn curry was not tasty at all, the prawn curry was just about very basic for a restaurant like venite that has a name. The fried prawns in rechad tasted like prawns boiled in red masala and not fried. The pasta was absolutely terrible no taste in the white sauce at all.

The positives A good helpful and accomodating waiter, on ordering the meal I reminded the waiter to ensure that pasta was not dry and had enough sauce in it. The pasta came back absolutely dry and had cubes of fried chicken in the pasta , barely any sauce and boiled pasta in it. Absolutely no seasoning at all.. I informed the waiter immediately about the dry pasta and he obliged stating he would change it for us which he did. Kudos to the good service.

The prawn curry was absolutely not great just not tasty at all, the quantity too was very little. It was nice that the rice and prawn curry was accompanied by four crumb fried prawns which was much better than the rechad prawns which where tough and tasted boiled. The rechad masala wasnt even tasty.
