Had a really bad experience in NTR gardens with the Machal Tree. Had an accident due to the negligence of the staff where they sent another tube before we landed and because of the speed with which they hit us caused us immense pain and to our surprise the staff was so negligent about the situation. They continued with their thing even without caring to see if we were ok. Huge fight broke out but they didn't pay any heed to our cries. Think twice before wanting to go on the ride. Overall good, well maintained natural park with laah greenary and variety of rides. Few areas, I would like to draw attention to are the combo rides that attract new comers, however apart from Toy train other rides from the combo are not at all well maintained.
