We ordered Pav bhaji and Chole kulche. Bhaji was cauliflower and tomato dominant. Not very great. But Chile kulche were amazing. Kulcha was extremely soft. Melts in mouth.

Recently I had my food at Bikanervala , Hyderabad, Prasads IMAX FoodCourt. We Ordered for Poori Sabji and there was one untouched Poori and sabzi leftover that we personally requested to the Service Team & Manager if they Could Pack it up for us. They Handed Over A box and a Packaging Cover & Asked us to pack it Ourselves. Is this Really Acceptable? They Told us we have orders from Above not to pack the food that’s gone on the table even if customer personally comes & requests I Personally being a Chef and I do not think this is the way to treat any customer. Totally Unacceptable from Such a Big Brand Never Gonna have my food at Bikanevala again neither gonna suggest anyone to have the food over there that has such...

Worst experience I asked firstly in the counter section boy which is better in this chat he said samosa ragaada then I ordered but taste is not good not warm 195 money waste I returned the item not to eat, kindly improve and I called to owner discussed but service is bad totally I face worst...

I have ordered papidi chat they provide dhahi papidi.. staff were rude and irresponsible. Never expected this kind of service from Bikanervala... They even not provide alternative and not refunded money.. i leave the item with them.. wrost service and response. I Must...
