Hotel Dwaraka Palace — Hotel in Hyderabad

I took AC Delux for Rs. 1850 +12% GST. The following issues were faced: cons The prices are too high comparing room size and amenities. The outside ambience is not good. Walls not painted and old furniture/broken lying outside Room has lot of small and big cockroaches who share room with you. Small invisible mites will keep biting you. Toilet flush is not working well. Not enough water flows to flush. AC of my room 114 didnt work well and it was just like Non AC room. I feel outside air was cooler than room. For filter water you need to visit adjacent restaurant. Housekeeping staff not much bothered. No wifi facility is available. Pros It is a new construction Hot water is available Hotel located at premium location You will get towels, two mini soaps and 2 shampoos complimentary. Checkout is 24 hours basis and not 12 Noon.

Conclusion

Not recommended at all. I came to know that except Dwarka(there are two Dwarka hotels adjacent to each other, one old and one new and both are same), there are other good and new constructions nearby and at lower price than this. Many agent will be there and they may help in choosing right hotel at right price.

Manager has called immediately and assured to look into the matter. I hope others should not face...

Worst lodge. Nasty smell from rooms, not cleaned the dust from long time. Dirty wash rooms. In wash basin, water will not come.the pipe head is coming to hand. Switch boards are also not functioning. Fan will give beautiful sounds. No water jug, glasses. Dusts in chairs. No room service. No day to day cleaning. If we continue for next day, we have to beg them to clean the room they said. One bed sheet for two beds. We will not reverse the pillows back side. They are not washed. TVs, phones not working. Tariffs are also very high. The receptionist used put deaf ear. They will not give owners phone number for complaining. Besides receptionist is appeared drinking while settling the bill at night. No computerised bils. Attendants at night are arrogant. Other lodges beside Dwaraka are best.

Good place to stay if you are friends with earthworms in bathroom and cockroaches in the room,also it smells like cigarettes in the room; according to their 'defination' of clean room: 1)used soaps in the bathroom✓ 2) shampoo sachets lying near the drains✓ 3)Weird smell in the room that won't go even after 2hrs of fan and windows wide open✓ 4) little cockroaches to greet you 5) earthworms to welcome you near the commode(around 2)✓ 6) very bad smelling bathroom (worse than the room)✓ Oh and the reception guy will just smile like that when you complain :) Because that's the most...
