Naseer added to us last minute an extra 1000$+ charge Naseer made us believe for 3 months he would reimburse us the $1000 for canceled hotel that he was paid back for, and then just ghosted us. We also spent 400$+ on pashmina from a shop he said was the best, before realizing from other vendors we got scammed, as fake quality.

Was unsure of how difficult it would be to access and organise Gulmarg from Australia. Naseer was great on comms (slight delay with int'l payment on deposit which was ok in the end) and sorted me out from airport pickup to dropoff.

Definitely a good outfit to go with if you want to have a stress free trip to Gulmarg. Mir my guide was a legend too and kept everyone safe in a pretty dangerous early season!
