The cafe is a newly built tourist attraction in Gulmarg. Being in a tourist area it is popular among the tourists. Is surely a decent place to visit. However few things to be noted. 1. Entry requires fee. Prices are not fixed, can be adjusted with the help of the guide who will accompany you. If you try to go by yourself, you may be charged hefty, but if guide purchases the tickets can be done within very less amount. 2. Seating places are ok ok. Understandable as all are ice, but few seats have water dripping over them from top hence select accordingly. Best seats are towards the railing. Tourists keep the covers dirty hence please check before sitting. I have seen people standing on the seats without caring that some other person may sit there. 3. Price is costly as it is a tourist spot, but can be worth a new experience. 4. Waiting time was too much for us. We ordered kahwa. They took more than 30 minutes to bring them. They prepare it from the hotel and then bring and prepare once a good number of orders are placed. Hence keep the waiting period in mind. 5. Place will remain crowded and please be careful kn the stairs as these are freezed ice hence will be slippery. Please wear good shoes with friction. Sneakers are risky. Over all a 4 out of 5 place. But the view outside in a snowy day is breathtaking. Worth it!!!

The World's Largest Igloo Cafe Opens In Gulmarg, Kashmir, With Snow Chairs And Ice Tables An igloo cafe named ‘Snowglu’ in Kashmir’s Gulmarg has become a new tourist attraction recently. The cafe has been set up at the famous ski resort of Gulmarg. Syed Wasim Shah, the creator of the igloo, claimed the structure to be the world's largest cafe of its kind The igloo café has two floors: the ground floor is for taking selfies and the top floor serves as a café with chairs and tables carved out of frozen blocks, covered with sheepskin rugs, and tourists served hot Kehwa and sandwiches. The last world record is from Switzerland in 2016, we have crossed that. This year we have applied for Guinness World Records, and hopefully the team will be visiting Gulmarg soon

Had a sandwich here.. Had to wait a little longer than expected and was very cold inside but its surely is a different experience... But very costly with entry of 200 and most of the items costing 350..even a normal kaewa /chai is 120-150. Not worth for money

First of all its not a cafe. We can have only tea in this place. Max you can spend about 15 to 20 mins here. For entry we should pay 100 per person. Must visit place for the experience. Don't expect any food from cafe😛.

First of all its not a cafe, they take 100 per head just to go see it. You can only take pictures and there is literally nothing to eat. Its not worth as well. Would recommend not to waste your time here.
