Hotel Loyal Residency — Hotel in Jamnagar

We had a very pathetic experience staying at this hotel. First of all they are displaying fake mandir to establish they are Hindus but the fact is they are not. the owner's son is very arrogant to deal with client using filthy & insulting words. the main criteria they have is to ask for the invoice & do the check out at the same time, never seen this clause anywhere in the universe. as soon as you get the invoice you should leave the hotel, check out time is mentioned without confirming the exact time. if you donot leave within 5 minuteS the owner's son will fight by arguing this is my own hotel i m not responsible to anyone so get out of the hotel these were his actual words. HE FURTHER SAYS DONT VISIT AGAIN WE DONT NEED BUSINESS THERE ARE LOT OF PEOPLE WHO WILL VISIT US. SO ARROGANT & SO PATHETIC PERSON OWING THE HOTEL.
