Forest Essentials — Attraction in Karnataka

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the unethical behavior of the executives at the Forest Essentials airport store near Gate 1. As a loyal customer since 2020, I have always admired the brand and its products. However, my recent experience at this particular store has been extremely disappointing. The executives consistently provided incorrect information regarding offers, points accumulation, and their usage. They actively tried to mislead me into making purchases based on false promises. This manipulative behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply unethical. Highlighting two incidents which came into light after I made purchases at the store:

The ongoing christmas offers entail buyers to receive a 4-piece body essentials kit on purchases above 6999/-, the store representatives sold me the exact same offer mentioning the purchase value should be above 8000/- and I believed Bengaluru airport has a dedicated BlrPulse app where any points accumulated by making purchases at any of the airport store can be redeemed on the same day at any of the stores in the airport- I gained some 1600 points on my purchases a the Forest Essentials outlet which they mentioned can be used in their store only and in no other outlet at the airport- as I tried dodging that I dont have anything else to buy and would need to pass on spending any further their store the store manager mentioned the only other place I can redeem these points is at Starbucks(unsure why). After leaving the store I was able to redeem the same points at another store without any issue. Thus deceit.

I urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this specific store and to thoroughly verify all information provided by the executives before making any purchases. I sincerely hope this review serves as a warning to others and encourages Forest Essentials to address this serious issue and hold their executives...

Although the quantity is less. It's just worth the price. It has a beautiful fragrance of rose petals and the lip balm is buttery and lasts for a long-time.
