Eat at Bengaluru — Restaurant in Karnataka

It's a horrible place for something that is at the airport. The service is really really slow and horrible. Best to skip it unless you have the luxury of spending 45 min to get a dosa and coffee ! Never had such a bad experience at an airport where you are paying such a premium. First you can't order directly so you wait for a waiter to come take and order which doesn't happen. After waiting 10 mins and two reminders I was blessed by having someone take an order.. post that another eternity and no sight of a simple dosa and coffee ! They seem to have too many waiters but no cooks..I was seeing many other customer frustrated , vada getting over and customers being asked to take an idli against the vada they ordered..After waiting 20 mins and no sights of a dosa i just had to leave hungry ! Never again to visit the place and fair warning for others...

Very unhappy with the staff behaviour with the customers …. Especially the lady who serves dosa near the dosa counter …. She is very rude and arrogant… these guys aren’t trained nor deserve to serve public at airports … this is the way you guys train your employees and serve the public ?? Very pathetic…. Never coming back … the best part is , if you order a plan dosa , they never give you your order but continue to serve other customers…. When you ask them , they will remove the masala from masala dosa and serve you which is apparently other customer’s order 😂😂and that customer will have to...

Tiffin centre at the Bengaluru Airport is AWESOME!!!! What a brilliant idea to serve the BREAKFAST THALI..... a little bit of all South Indian breakfast dishes - 1 idli, 1 small dosa with a spoonful of potato masala, 1 medu vada, 1 bowl of uthentic south upma (uppit as we call it), 1 bowl of Kara pongal, 1 bowl of yummy Sambhar and pure coconut chutney..... and yes a warm bowl of pineapple sheera!!!! Pure bliss.... Start one at Mumbai and you will not have to...
