Had some-what high expectations having been to Jones the Grocer in other places. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is nowhere near the standard of a Jones the Grocer. The food was very over priced even for airport standards. Coffee was decent. Sandwiches are a rip off. In the food display, the front item looks good, sandwiches upfront well stuffed. When you order, they select the what is sitting stacked behind the nice, proper item. What you get is a croissant or sandwich with very little meat and cheese, barely any spread and day old bread. In my case, the brie cheese in the sandwich I ordered was not in the thick chunks at the front of the display. Instead, it was 2-3 gram pieces of sad brie, cranberry “sauce” that was just 5 mashed dried cranberries, and greasy bread. Not sure if they had issues with ingredients that day. Regardless, the quality is completely unacceptable. The price makes it worse - even factoring in that it’s in airport. They even came around asking for reviews (which is why the Google rating is high). Most people are just going to put 5 stars if the staff member is asking you to right there and the rate the experience. Most people don’t want to make an issue or get in to a long discussion when they have a flight to catch.

Horrible experience. Don’t be misled. Hope jones the grocer head office knows what’s going on with...

I had been to the KFC, undertaken by Jones the Grocer when waiting at the Bangalore Airport. There I made a purchase of food items worth Rs. 505/-. When the payment got debited from my account the shopkeeper informed their card machine showing the QR code has timed out hence i should be receiving the Refund shortly. Hence i again made a payment and got my food along with bill and customer copy receipts.

The shopkeeper asked me to get in touch with the Jones the Grocer contant number on the food bill of the refund is not initiated and i did the same next day. The person at Jones the Grocer who was coordinating with me asked me to send the receipts by the mail id provided on the bill hence i scanned and sent the below mentioned receipts that i held on to.

The Food bill Second Customer copy receipt where the payment was successful The first Customer copy receipt when the machine timed out was mentioned. The screenshot of the transaction that got through but the shopkeeper told wasn't received.

It's been 9 days since this incident happened already and haven't got a proper help from the team. The airport being somewhere that we visit and move on to next places, the assistance they provide by call becomes all the more important. At this point i don't know how to escalate for...

Located inside Terminal 2 of Kempegowda International Airport, Jones the Grocer is a chic and stylish spot that instantly stands out with its modern café-style setup. The ambience is premium, very well-lit, and perfect if you want to grab a quick meal or relax before your flight.

The menu is a mix of continental and café-style options, from sandwiches, salads, and pasta to fresh bakery items and coffee. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and tastes great, though a little on the pricier side (which is expected at an airport).

The service is quick and efficient, which is exactly what you want while traveling. The staff is polite and well-trained, making the overall experience smooth.

What I really liked is that despite being at an airport, the space doesn’t feel too crowded, and you can enjoy a calm meal before boarding.

Overall, it’s a great place to sit, grab a coffee or meal, and enjoy the premium vibe of T2. A good choice if you want something beyond the regular fast-food outlets inside...

Great vibe, lots of people passing by, this café/grocer is situated in T1 right in front of security gates 6, 7 and 8 and right at boarding gate 16. Adjacent to this is the very over priced Smoor and right next to that is Starbucks. I stopped by for a quick shot of espresso, honestly the espresso was not a memorable experience, it tasted too bitter, more like an over roasted beans, service was quick, and friendly though. Lots of snacks, savories, croissants, sandwiches. Prices aren't too bad either.
