Extremely helpful Staff the ones sitting at the gear counters.You will be provided with warm jackets, water proof gum boots, socks and gloves to keep you warm while you enjoy the ambience to the hilt.The lady staff from North East help you with the gear.The snow looks fresh and hygienic.Great place to chill out....I mean literally!!! The moment you walk in, the chill air hits you & within a moment you are transferred to a Snow Fantasy & you are freezing to death! Its good fun as everybody hits everyone else with snow balls...

You can slide on the snow with rubber air filled tubes on the slider,you can throw balls made of snow on each other.You can dance on some songs,we really enjoyed the DJ Dance Rink, It feels like you are in disco with loud DJ and disco lights, which was fascinating.The tyre based swings,Wooden Pullnow stroller Sled/Luge/Sleigh on skating rink, two spiral curved snake slide & the snow slider ramp, walking on hanging rope bridge are the highlights. The Service of Staff was exceptional. The good thing is this place is all well equipped with necessary items required to enjoy the subzero.Really well maintained ! All staffs are really good and friendly. They will be with you for any assistance.The Photographs, even paid, are really professional and worth to keep for memories. We even looked the photos playing in the snow, standing inside the igloo & around the snowman and sliding down the ramp,they took that we can collect at the end after paying a small amount. Wasn't expensive.There is a cafe kiosk inside the snow hall you can enjoy hot beverages tea/coffee/soup even ice cream.

The Snow Fantasy in Kozhikode has given an opportunity to enjoy snow fun without spending much and traveling to other long places.As its situated at HiLite Mall near Thondayad bypass on highway NH 17/66 , anyone can get there easily.A must visit place with family ,kids and friends.You need to visit this place.That 45 minutes in subzero is something really cool and fun when you don't have time for hill stations. Best experience snow...

Snow fantasy experience we had was good. But the photograph printing counter after the snow fantasy session was really pathetic. The photos which were displayed at the screen looked very colorful but the actual print we received looked very disappointing, it looked the photographs displayed on the big screen were so deceiving!! The price for sending a photo via an email /whatsapp is Rs. 50 per photo which is also too high. The ticket fee is in par with the Snow World in Hyderabad but is not at all par with the activities and area compared to Snow World, Hyderabad which is almost 4 times bigger than this. Over-all the Snow Fanatasy experience was good but needless to say 'Not Really Worth the Penny We Pay!! Another thing to point out is the 'Lost & Found' department; they are really co-operative when we lost a wrist watch. But we came to know that such incidents are very frequent. So the management should provide locker facilities for storing the valuable of customers such as jewelry, watch, etc. If a valuable object is lost the joyous experience at Snow Fantasy can turn-out to be a sad...
