If there's an option to give zero stars I'd have chosen that. I have been a regular customer of Club Sulaimani for a long time, but the experience has consistently gone from bad to worse. The food is decent, but the service is pathetic.

Let me be clear: this is not just about one bad day or one bad staff member. The real problem is poor management. The lower-level staff are only following what the management sets for them, and unfortunately, the management here is completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

I’ve personally raised my concerns many times—to the staff, managers, customer care, and even higher officials. But every time, it’s been ignored. There has been no improvement whatsoever, which clearly shows that management either doesn’t care about customers or doesn’t have the ability to make things right.

It’s disheartening to see a brand with so much potential being destroyed by its own management. They don’t value customer feedback, they don’t act on repeated complaints, and they fail to maintain even the basic standards of service.
