I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet located inside the mall. We ordered 3 chicken dishes along with 3 butter naans. To my surprise, the chicken was not properly cooked, which completely spoiled the taste and quality of the meal. The butter naan was soft and good, but that alone could not make up for the poor preparation of the chicken.What makes this more disappointing is that I have visited the same brand's outlet nearby several times, and the food quality there has always been excellent, with the chicken well-cooked and flavorful. This shows a clear inconsistency in standards between the two outlets.
