I recently visited the Chicking outlet at Hilite and was quite disappointed with my order. I had the Chicken Loaded Fries and a Mint Mojito. Unfortunately, the loaded fries were a letdown — the quantity was surprisingly small, and the dish lacked any real "loaded" feel. It was just plain fries with a few pieces of cut chicken on top, which didn’t seem cooked or seasoned well. There was no sauce, cheese, or anything that made it feel like a proper loaded item.

As for the Mint Mojito, it tasted more like a synthetic drink with a strong essence, almost medicinal in flavor. It didn’t have the refreshing, zesty taste you'd expect...

This incident occurred at the Hi Lite Business Park outlet (not the Hi Lite Mall outlet). I couldn’t find a business page for this location, so I’m posting my feedback here.

I had to wait for almost 25 minutes after placing my food order, even though I was informed it would be ready within 10 minutes. Despite the assurance, the food was still not ready after the promised time.

I have ordered fried chicken bucket on two days back. I had worst experience with the food. Food nalom spoil ayittundayirunu and bad smell from two chicken piece but we had a mistake that we did not inform them why becoz we had a meeting and we have to go.
