Pizza Hut | Hi-Lite Mall, Calicut — Restaurant in Kerala

I recently visited the Pizza Hut outlet at HiLITE Mall, Kozhikode, with my family and had an extremely disappointing experience. We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, which turned out to be the worst pizza I have ever had. The quality was terrible, and to make matters worse, my 6-year-old son and I both fell ill after eating it.

My son suffered from severe food poisoning, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea that lasted for a distressing 7 days. It was a frightening experience for us, and we were extremely concerned about his health.

This visit has left us deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the food safety standards at this outlet. I hope Pizza Hut takes immediate action to address these issues to prevent other families from experiencing such a distressing ordeal.
