We visited your restaurant recently for a family dinner. We usually go to Mgrill, but this time we decided to try Grillax based on recommendations from some of our friends.

We opted for outdoor seating, but there were only four chairs provided for our group of seven. We had to request additional chairs multiple times, and it took around 10 minutes to get them. That was a disappointing start to the evening.

Regarding the food, most of us didn’t enjoy the chicken grills, although a few family members did like them. That’s why I gave a slightly better rating for the food. Additionally, four out of the five dishes we ordered lacked salt. We asked for some, but it took three reminders and about five minutes before it was brought to our table. There were several other small issues related to both service and food.

I recently visited Grillax, and it was a mixed experience overall.

The ambiance of the place is definitely a highlight – spacious, well-lit, and perfect for both small groups and large gatherings. The seating is comfortable, and the environment feels inviting and relaxed.

When it comes to the food, some dishes really stood out and were quite enjoyable, especially the starters which had great flavor and were served hot and fresh. However, a few other items didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of taste and seasoning – they felt a bit underwhelming compared to the rest.

Service is an area that could definitely use improvement. The staff were polite, but the response time was slower than expected, and a few orders had to be repeated to be fulfilled correctly. Something That Looked Like Mandi – Disappointed with Grilex

We ordered Peshwari Biryani from Grilex, but what we received looked and tasted more like Beef Mandi. The dish was plain, lightly spiced, and lacked the rich, aromatic flavors we were expecting.

Peshwari Biryani is meant to be rich, flavorful, and aromatic — usually made with well-marinated meat, layered spices, and sometimes dried fruits or nuts. What we got was bland and underwhelming, with none of the expected taste or presentation.

To make things worse, there was a significant delay in serving the food. We went as a team, and two of our members had to leave without eating because the wait was too long. That really affected the overall experience.

Very disappointed. If you’re advertising Peshwari Biryani, please make sure that’s what’s actually being served — and served on time. We hope Grilex improves both quality control and...
