On the occasion of Holi, March 14, 2025, I ordered a plate of rasmalai, eager to enjoy the festive treat. Without inspecting it, I took the first bite, but as I was about to take the second, I was horrified to find an insect inside the dessert. Disgusted and shocked, I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, expecting a sincere apology and immediate action.
