The Lodha World One is one of the tower in 3 skyscraper Lodha World Tower. This is the first project recieved possesion among 3. The other 2 are World Crest and World View. The project has started a decade ago and delayed very much. Many contractors had involved in this project; i.e. ACC, Simplex, Capacite and their own company Shreeniwas cotton mills now known as Macrotech. Now the final tower is also about to get ready for possesion. Initially they had planned to construct 113 storey building however they haven't recieved approval from Mumbai airport authority and they granted only 83 storey.
