Had a very bad experience with the staff. Actuality went to recharge my gaming card but I was disappointed with the treatment they gave me. When I went to the first counter they said we r busy , go to the second counter. Then that other counter said go to the first counter. This went on 2 times then finally I asked the first counter how many times I’ll have to wait for, to this he replied we r busy attending customer . If this is the case then who am I ??? Am I not a customer??? To this the second counter replied they came before you. I said that’s not the case that man was standing behind me. How can u tell a lie??? When my turn came they drive me to another counter and attend the customer behind me. Then I asked y r u throwing me like a football from one counter to another, secondly I was well dressed I was definitely not looking like a beggar thinking I don’t have money. Coz it was for my sons happiness I had done the recharge otherwise I would have not even stepped that time zone at Lower Parel anymore and would never ever recommend anyone. VERY...
