The Living Room - Mahim — Attraction in Mumbai

I have had a very bad post sale experience at this place. For their high end furniture, clearly customer care in down the lane.

I purchased a sofa end of 2020 and Mr Niraj promised me that he would see to it that when I want a new set of sofa and covers it would cost be Rs 4000. All I needed to do was call him and it was some special service. Keeping that in mind I went today to get sofa covers and based on the material I selected they quoted a price of 9k ( Point to note this is only mid range. After which I asked him for a discount to which he was offering me just 500 Rs less. I reminded him taht he said whenever I would. Come the next time I would only have to pay Rs 4000. he refused to accept it.

I Purchased a sofa with material close to 60 k Rs thinking I would gegood service about sales and nothing else. i would suggest that people shuld go to either bgi to home centre or any local shop as these guys just give fake. Promises. also if you happen to buy anything from there see that you take it in writi ng if they tell you that they willThat was my mistake and give you a special discount. that Was my mistake and I would not want anyone to suffer. With that said I would strongly recommend peope not to go here. utter rubbish from sales executive, all they care is about probably their commission. Worst shop !! Worst quality !!..

I bought a Maharaja Sofa cum bed worth Rs 33000 many years back. Cloth of my choice was charged extra. It worked well for 13 months post which it started making crackling sound whenever anyone used to sit . I contacted Living Room and they sent a person to check wherein he refused to do anything since it was out of warranty. I remember the words of shop, hum sound aane ka warranty nahi dete. Zero Customer service !! Quality super poor .

Later i had to call a private carpentar, there was hardly any wood and the wood used also was of very bad quality. Carpenter slammed for buying such product. Rs 5000 were spent by me to put iron rods n all to give it support. The level of sofa cum bed for mattresses got disturbed.

Using it as 2nd sofa with minimal use, as it we try to move it ... Don't think it will ever work.

Better to buy from Authentic furniture shops who provide 5 yrs of warranty and use good quality wood ... Its just a brand name and...
