Read moreI've been there thrice and it's really good value for money.
The food, it's good for the price it comes for. Even the portion size is good. I've had Butter Chicken, Chicken Afghani, Chicken Stew Fry and Paneer Masala. Everything was delicious.
Along with these, I've always had tandoori rotis and they're big enough to fill your stomach with just 2, and if you have a big diet like me even you're definitely filling up yourself with 3. My maximum number of rotis is 3. I never ordered rice here coz there was no need of it coz the rotis had done their work.
The service, it's quick. The staff there is good. Even if a new staff member doesn't know anything, they teach them in front of you, meaning they know what they are doing and they also want the other staff to get skilled as they are.
Overall, looking at the ambience (they've renovated recently), the food and the service, it's really a good place to go to with your friends, especially when it's month end and you want to fill yourself with delicious food...
Read moreBeen coming here since I was a kid ( I'm a grown up - kid now). The food is like baap ke haath ka khana. Tried asking the owner about the history of the place and when it opened, he said it's so old that he couldn't remember the exact year himself, but it was before the 70's. My recommendation is to reach there @5:30am and treat yourself to the legendary beef kheema and butter/paratha. If beef's not your thing, then you can also try the lamb (mutton) kheema post 2pm. For vegetarians, go for the paneer makhanwala and masoor...
