Tazza — Restaurant in Mumbai

So we visit tazza every Wednesday for lunch and we had Chinese here previously and it is amazing but we have decided not to visit the place henceforth after we feel cheated from the restaurant we ordered for cheese sandwich ( twice) and they gave us veg cheese sandwich although the sandwich was good when we got the bill the amount was 20 bucks higher after talking to the waiter he said he gave the veg one and even after telling him we order for just the cheese one they didn't listen to us we spoke to a senior waiter as well but they started quare lling among each other

This is for the owner if you are reading this - I know this was just for a matter for 20 rs but still it doesn't make sense you cheat the customer by telling them to pay 20 rs higher you lost a potential customer here and we would definitely not want my friends and relatives also to not come

I had a very bad experience with Tazza, firstly the atmosphere is not very friendly & hygenic (bits of food fallen all over, tables & chair not being cleaned properly & very noisy) The only good item that they have is dahi puri (which I have to appreciate, & be ready to pay a good price for it) but the restaurant has extreemly poor sense of doing business or does not understand customer centric attitude, the staff and the owner were literally arguing with me for something so miniscule for instance a single extra puri with a plate) I spent 15 minutes on the call with them trying to get a rational answer for why not even you have been ordering it daily or even alternate day. Poor business management skills.....as the mindset is we are ready to lose customers but will not be...

Place is just near Mahim dargah, They have a cool wall art. Sitting arrangement is good, comfortable. ventilation is also good. Staff is polite, and friendly.

Food is just amazing. Their taza special sandwich is chicken sandwich with omlette at the upper level and mozzarella cheese, and it is so juicy that u can even have it without chutney or souce.

Their other dishes like dahi puri, ragada puri is also good Can enjoy with family and friends. Cash and online payment is accepted. Budget friendly. One will get rush at evening time after azan. Morning and afternoon are mostly not that much...
