Pizza Hut | Mahim West, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hii, Yesterday I visited the pizza Hut in mahim which is located beside the Delhi Zaika. I want to highlight some points, i) staff: the staff don't even have the manners to talk to their customers, They keep talking to each other, and so loud that even we can listen it to the first floor, It felt like i'm in fish market not in any cafe

ii) after we have placed the order we have to remind the order to the staff and the don't even listen in one call , I call them almost 9-10 times and the important thing the don't even remember what was the order, Whn I asked them pepsi they were came to the table saw the bill and he was like ohh pepsi was also included in order thn after 10 min of serving pizza he came with the pepsi but with only one glass of Pepsi i said 2 order 2 combo thn again after 10 min he gave us the Pepsi

Unethical: I can understand there can be delay in order or misunderstanding but whn there are many customers in the Store but only in 4-5 person are in the Store this kind of behaviour is unexpected, thn how will you manage whn there will be more customers

The thing which I don't like the most tht even with no customers there was no silent in whole cafe the staff were regularly shouting, cracking jokes , talking in very loud noise What is the use of visiting such cafe if I can't get some personal space with out disturbance Please look into it so if anyhow I visit same things don't happen again not just for me , for all the...

I recently dined at Pizza Hut and was blown away by the exceptional experience they provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. This is the worst service I have experienced so far. I had ordered Pizzas for guest on Sunday and when I received the pizzas it was totally burnt from top and the base was not even cooked. When I tried to call the customer they said they will immediately arrange a call from the branch manager and it's been a week till now I haven't received any call from them. I got their managers number from Zomato and when I called him he said that it was a busy day and we cannot do anything for it and instead listening to my query he is offering my free pizza. I told him I don't need any free pizza from you guys and he told me that he will initiate a refund and I will receive a mail regarding this. Till now no action has been taken and now the manager also doesn't answer any calls. I literally had to order something else for the guest and they were not even bothered to call back after seeing missed calls.
