Frankly, I walked in with high expectations but walked out extremely disappointed.

Constant Price Hike: The prices keep going up, and honestly, the food no longer justifies the money spent.

Takeaway vs Dine-in Rates: Shockingly, the takeaway rates are different from dine-in. This makes a personal visit for takeaway a complete waste of time. Why should a customer pay extra just to pick up food directly?

Value for Money: For the price, the cuisine simply does not deliver. I paid ₹310 for a curry portion that wasn’t even enough for two people. That’s absurd.

Portion Size: While the porotta portion and size are decent, ₹25 per piece is daylight robbery.

Location Hassle: The restaurant itself isn’t conveniently located. Even within Kharghar, you need to drive 2–4 km for dine-in, which hardly feels worth it for what’s being served.

It is one of the best restaurants in Kharghar area for Kerala food. The food items are very good in general. There is enough scope for timely delivery. Repeatedly, we have it experienced abnormal delay in supplying the ordered food during dining within restaurants. Though the staff say 15-20 minutes for preparation, most of the time it took much more time. Order through online mode also took more time than assured. The management needs to address this issue.
