Happened to hold my daughter's 3rd birthday party at this place. Wise choice. The play area upstairs is the perfect foil for kids' birthday function. After a few initial hiccups when we had gone to enquire about the details, things went on smoothly only. Harmeet from the staff was very on point with giving us information about the decor, food etc. They provided the kind of theme for the decor that we had requested for. On the day of function, the team at Bouncing Bunny went out of their way to accomodate us. Our daughter was having mild cough so we asked them to increase a/c temperatures so as to make her comfortable and reduce chance of coughing, which they immediately did. The chef also came out to check on the cake (which we had ordered externally) making sure it is delivered to the cake cutting area in time without melting. The food was excellent. Our menu consisted of starters (french fries and veg nuggets), main course (pav bhaji and noodles) and dessert (gulab jamun), all of which were served piping hot. Over and above all that, the team came to the aid of my husband who took a nasty fall outside on the slippery floor in the rains while going to drop off some guests to the car. He had been bleeding and steward Pritam applied dressing to him expertly while captain Aryan stayed close by monitoring to make sure all is ok. Aryan also kept an eye on the overall proceedings to make sure service did not miss a beat. Good coordination and teamwork.

Do note: this place is slightly on the pricier side. But having said that, quality is good. And quality always comes at a price!

From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel so comfortable, like we were visiting family.

The food was nothing short of exceptional—every dish was crafted with so much care, bursting with flavors that truly made the experience unforgettable. The variety was incredible, catering to all tastes, and the freshness of the ingredients really stood out.

Just had the chicken manchow soup and trust me it was awful 😣 I mean how can they go wrong with a manchow soup. Had not the guys to have anything else. Place has benefit just because the kids are upstairs at bouncing bunny which is an another disappointment for the price. Will be sad to learn that the place will close in couple of years if not improved drastically.
