Subway Green Valley — Restaurant in Pune

This was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with Subway. I had specifically ordered a Corn Cheese Pea Sandwich with toasted cheese, but what I received was completely different — plain, cold cheese slapped onto the sandwich, barely any sauce, and absolutely no effort in the preparation. The taste was bland and unbalanced, nothing like what Subway usually delivers.

What made it worse was that I tried calling the outlet to raise my concern, but the number was unreachable the entire time. No alternate contact, no follow-up, nothing. It felt like the outlet is completely disconnected from the idea of customer service.

It’s honestly shocking that such a big brand allows this level of carelessness at its franchise. It shows zero respect for customer expectations. If you can’t deliver the basics of an order — the right ingredients, proper toasting, and accurate customization — then what exactly are you charging the customer for?

The sandwich was not just disappointing — it was pathetic, both in quality and presentation. And the lack of communication or accountability is even more frustrating. It feels like all they care about is taking the payment, not the satisfaction or feedback of the customer.

Totally unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone. A serious review and action need to be taken by the management. We trust brands like Subway for consistency, but this outlet is damaging that...

I had the worst experience here with the staff...All girls...sorry to say..Badly trained to deal with people..I asked for extra olives on toastie for my daughter for which I was ready to pay and they didn't give me..I asked for ketchup for my kids which was right in front of me with the other bottles..They didn't give me..Reason....It is not in their so called design of constructing the Subs..How rigid is that? Plus they don't understand Vegan..I mean c'mon guys..update yourself..the world is going Vegan..it's not the 90s..Subway ..u need to be flexible and get better with your staff training coz I'm not coming back here ever and not recommending to...

i am utterly dismayed by the service of subway (wanorie pune) which i have been using for a long time now . i am or used to be a huge fan of their tuna salad but in my todays order of tuna salad , tuna was missing and when i called the outlet , a guy named saurav just said that they add two scoops of tuna and that i was lying about the situation that too even after sending him a clear pic of the salad. he even hung up on me . i even told him that i order it regularly and am aware about the quantity. i feel its a waste of time to write this review but at the same time i feel...
