The Park was created in 1912, by the famous Thanthai Periyar! " REST of our REVIEWS (More than a dozen) DETAILS are given under V.O.C PARK Stadium (Kindly "SEARCH EXACT SPELLING" , as there are many & you wont get our reviews & hundreds of Photographs - Kindly go through our photographs to get the good feel of the positive side of this wonderful concept - Thanks (Few of them are not worth Photography as they are very shabby .) ## As Traveller-Photographers. we made our attempt to learn the details - but failed . ## Proper guidance, boards etc are totally absent . ## We took guidance from locals, shops & even autos, they could not guide us properly. ## Some of the components are very good and are miss used by miscreants ! ## Few locals even objected us to take Photos ! ## Some places are OK - but few paces smell very badly . ## Authorities need to attend maintenance, please .. EXCELLENT PARK / GARDEN.. .. LACKS Serious maintenance and promotion. Overall WORTH VISITING!

Average level park in the Erode city..not well maintenance and clean. They charge 10 INR for entrance fee. There are many swings,slides and seesaws there.Restroom facilities are available here. Two wheeler parking available at front of the park for parking they charge 10 INR. There is no good shop to buy snacks. Better, to buy outside and take into the park. Overall, kids will spent some good time here.

Parking cost is 10rs U can visit Hanuman temple. Very powerful. Park entry is 10rs Have a lot of children playing area Good Ambience for photoshoot at low cost Kids play area is well maintained. U can also find a small shop with ice creams, water bottle and raw mango Peacefull place amidst the busy erode centre

Recently went here for pongal celebration ,thai 4th day is very popular here,women only allowed lots of fun music very entertained out from all tension household works etc....yearly once women celebration, its a nice experience for every women....

This is a hotspot in erode. This park is named as VOC park. It's a good experience for kids to play games with more joy. Kids experienced more joy with the games. It's surrounded by a very beautiful environment with a green view. It was a very good experience.
