Kailash Cafe — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Ordered takeout from Kailash Cafe and brought my own utensils to save time and protect the environment. Initially, I was told they don't accept customer-provided utensils, which left me dumbfounded. After some persuasion, the cashier reluctantly accepted them. However, when my order arrived, I found the serving of chutney to be significantly less than expected, despite ordering a substantial quantity. It's disappointing that despite the rebranding as Kailash Cafe, the management seems unchanged from its Oasis days. The owner needs to wake up and smell the coffee. It's one of the worst restaurant I have ever visited. The food is below average and not worth the price. In Sambar idly, idly was too hard, sambar doesn't taste good and the chutney tasted spoilt. Also Ordered Chola poori but the Channa is half cooked and tasted horrible. About their service 👎👎 the attitude of the staffs was not nice. We went on Sunday around 7.30pm but all the dishes we asked were not available, even dosa items were not available. They were saying "kallu soodu agala, agala" for more than 30 min. One of the top pure vegetarian restaurants in Erode is Kailash Cafe, where you may satisfy all of your vegetarian needs. We recently ordered a few things, and the highlight dish was the Erra Karam Dosa, an Andhra delicacy that we really enjoyed.
