Worst Resturent ever. Total waste of money & time. Never will recommend to any of my friends or family.

Booked an A/C Hall. But there was no A/C. Only AirCooler was provided at a corner. Which was near to useless. Welcome Drink is chargeable. No proper service. No complementary water bottles.

Simply, money minded. Charged for anything we touched & everything we saw.

But nothing was worth the money we spent.

To the one who replied to my review,

Do you know or heard about the culture or manners of having a management (organizer) guy on the day of the event.!?

If you ever heard about this manners, then you would have definitely heard about the Welcome Drink culture.

Leaving server as a dedicated staff is never a good approach.

You had 4 AC halls & yet provided the worst one to us.

Or may be this hall was the best hall in your pitty unworthy standards.

The contacts provided to us haven't answered our calls on the day of the event. Whom should we complaint.!? To the server.!!

He was as rude as the one who just replied to my comment.

As the number of guests are uncertain, we preferred Alacart food. But the one who spoke to us begged & forced us to pre-order the food, assuring that the quantity shall be adjusted according to the number of guests. But that was not done. We were served the exact quantity. So what you promised was not done.

Be it the Hall or the food or the projector. These are not worth the money you charged. Especially the attitude of you and your staff is never worthy of anything.

Running a worthless hotel but showing the attitude of a Taj & Accord. If you had showed atleast 5% of their manners we would have appreciated, despite the drawbacks.

But I agree to one thing though. For the same amount of money we spent for worthless hotel, Yes we had options to go to a way better Resturents. Just bcoz this resturent was close to Bus Stand, we opted for this one. But later realised it's not a resturent but a dump yard.

Last but not least. Don't try to over shine my review, by saying nothing is free. Bcoz we paid more than what it worth. Terrible Food, Horrible Hall & Unpleasant service.

Sorry for choosing your hotel & will never ever set foot in that...

Very bad experience. Went for having lunch with friends. No cooling although the AC was supposedly working. Taste was also average. Worst part of the deal was waiting for over 1 hour to finish a simple order of roti, biriyani and few curries. At the end they made a disclosure that the reason for the delay in serving the food was that it is not prepared at their kitchen, but was brought from their main kitchen which was at Hotel Ponnusamy, some 5 mins drive away. But to bring few dishes from such a distance does it take 1 hour??? Only worth if your agenda is lots of talking and occasional snacking when you get bored from your chit chat.. Also not many people will be there to disturb you... I guess no one comes back after having one...

If you want to taste good continental food at an affordable price, then Oasis restaurant is the place at Erode. Situated very near to the Bus stand, this garden restaurant is totally noise free with good ambience and huge car parking facility & play area for Children.

Food is very much palatable and the service is prompt. There is an outdoor pizza counter to spend your favourite evenings with kith & kin.

The outdoor lawn & live counters are suitable to organise small functions, parties & meetings.

Dwelling in Erode or visiting Erode, one should never miss...
