Visiting Hanuman Garhi Temple in Ayodhya was a truly divine and unforgettable experience. As I climbed the 76 steps leading to the temple, I could already feel a deep sense of devotion in the atmosphere. The entrance is beautifully adorned with vibrant colors, intricate carvings, and the soothing scent of incense. Inside, the sanctum houses a powerful idol of Lord Hanuman as a child sitting on his mother Anjani’s lap, a sight that instantly evokes peace and spiritual emotion. Devotees chant the Hanuman Chalisa in unison, and the sound of temple bells resonates with positive energy. Despite the crowd, the entire experience feels orderly, sacred, and deeply moving. The temple holds immense historical and mythological significance, believed to be the place from where Lord Hanuman guarded Ayodhya. The architecture of the temple resembles a small fortress, adding to its unique charm. The energy here is both calming and uplifting. From the courtyard, the panoramic view of Ayodhya city is breathtaking, especially during sunrise or sunset. Priests are kind and often share stories of Hanuman's devotion to Lord Ram, enriching the visit with spiritual depth. Nearby stalls offer prasad, flowers, and sweets, making it easy for devotees to perform rituals. The temple surroundings are clean and well-maintained, enhancing the experience. Even though the climb might be slightly steep for elderly visitors, the spiritual fulfillment at the top is truly worth it. I left the temple feeling a sense of peace, faith, and inner joy that’s hard to describe. It is not just a place of worship, but a sanctuary of divine energy and centuries-old faith. Hanuman Garhi stands not just as a monument but as a living symbol of devotion, strength, and protection. Visiting here before the Ram Mandir, as the tradition suggests, added to the completeness of the pilgrimage. Overall, Hanuman Garhi Temple is a must-visit destination for every spiritual traveler. It is a place where history, devotion, and divine presence come together beautifully. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking peace, blessings, and a touch of spiritual magic. Jai Hanuman,...

Nestled in the heart of Ayodhya, Shri Hanuman Garhi Mandir stands as a beacon of spiritual serenity and architectural splendor. As a traveler seeking solace and divine connection, my visit to this sacred site was nothing short of transformative.

The temple's architecture is a testament to the rich cultural heritage of India, with its intricate carvings and majestic spires evoking a sense of awe and reverence. The main sanctum, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, exudes a palpable energy that fills the hearts of visitors with a deep sense of peace and devotion.

One of the most memorable experiences during my visit was participating in the evening aarti ceremony. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the temple was illuminated with the soft glow of oil lamps, creating a mesmerizing spectacle of light and color. The melodious chants and rhythmic drumbeats filled the air, transporting me to a state of transcendental bliss.

Aside from its spiritual significance, Shri Hanuman Garhi Mandir also offers breathtaking panoramic views of Ayodhya cityscape from its elevated position atop a hillock. Watching the sun rise or set against the backdrop of this ancient city is an experience that is sure to stay etched in the memory for years to come.

In conclusion, my visit to Shri Hanuman Garhi Mandir was a deeply enriching and spiritually fulfilling experience. Whether you are a devout follower seeking blessings or simply a traveler in search of inner peace, this sacred sanctuary in Ayodhya is a must-visit destination that will leave a lasting impression...

I visited Hanumangarhi Mandir on Tuesday with my family it was a wonderful experience! The temple had such a positive and peaceful vibe. The chants of “Jai Bajrang Bali” and the energy of the place were truly divine. The area was clean, well-managed, and the view from the top was beautiful. Felt very blessed and calm after the darshan. Must visit when you come to Ayodhya! 🙏❤️ Hanumangarhi is one of the most famous and spiritually powerful temples in Ayodhya. It is dedicated to Lord Hanuman, who is believed to guard the city of Lord Rama. The temple is located on a small hill and offers a panoramic view of Ayodhya. Devotees believe that visiting Hanumangarhi before Ram Janmabhoomi is auspicious, as Hanuman is the protector of Ayodhya. 🙏 Temple Experience

You’ll climb around 70–80 steps to reach the main shrine — a beautiful experience with chants of “Jai Bajrang Bali” echoing around.

The main sanctum has a child form of Hanuman sitting in his mother Anjani’s lap — a rare and divine depiction. The temple priests are generally welcoming and perform quick darshan rituals for devotees. You can find Hanuman Chalisa recitations and bhajans throughout the day. 🧭 Facilities & Surroundings

Clean and well-maintained area after Ayodhya’s redevelopment. Shops nearby sell prasad, idols, and Hanuman malas. CCTV and security are good, especially since it’s a major religious site. Early morning or evening visits are best for less crowd and peaceful darshan.

⚠️ Minor Negatives: Can get crowded on Tuesdays and Hanuman Jayanti Limited parking near the main entrance

🌺 Tips for Visitors

Visit Hanumangarhi first, then Ram Mandir (as per local tradition). Avoid peak noon hours, as it can get quite hot climbing the stairs. Carry a small offering of boondi or ladoo, which is considered Hanuman...
