From start to finish, the experience was smooth and pleasant at Amartha. The transport to and from the spa was very comfortable, and the driver was both friendly and helpful, making the journey enjoyable. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed—the receptionist was also friendly, professional, and attentive, which set a great tone for the visit. I opted for a spa package that included several treatments: Pijat Amartha, Refleksi, Tolok Wajah, and Lulur. The therapist was excellent—she maintained consistent pressure throughout the massage and reflexology, which I really appreciated. Found this spa place by coincidentally and we just give it a try after seeing this place is being highly rated. The reservation thru WhatsApp message was a smooth one, and their driver has pick us up from Mega Mall Batam after we have cleared the immigration at Batam Center. My husband and I have chosen the Couple’s 3hrs Spa Hideaway package. When we arrived at the center, the reception lady was kind enough to reconfirm with us one more on our selection, at the same time recommendation have been given before payment is made. Both of us doze off a couple of times throughout the therapy session. The room was neat and clean. They have combined two massage rooms into one to make it as couple room, hence each of us could enjoy our standing shower freely without bothering to share the space after our body scrub. Aug 2024: Another massage session with Ms Nurma. Amartha massage is still very good & relaxing. Requested her to focus more on ny aching areas - shoulder & neck and she did a good job to relieve tense muscles around those areas. She is my go-to therapist for a few sessions already. Very pleased with her service!

I have visited this spa since many years ago while it was under a different spa brand. It has now renamed as Amartha Spa and the massage & service is still as good as before. I took their ferry/massage package twice and their free pickup transfer is very punctual. Tried their body massage & foot reflex. Masseue was very attentive to room temperature.
