The Grand Batam Mall is one of the bigger and more sophisticated malls in Batam.

If you're trying to book a grab taxi you will probably have to indicate to the driver the lobby where you will be waiting at.

The mall has a fantastic Cineplex which should be a delightful treat for movie buffs on the topmost floor.

There is a huge Top 100 supermarket in this mall. It's so big that it takes quite some time to get from one side of the supermarket to the other or even just to find a product. In addition the supermarket was heavily crowded at the time of my visit.

Many branded retail stores are located in this mall. There are a few traditional clothing shops however they are a little pricey.

The mall is spacious and seems to be popular there are a few spots that are currently vacant but will soon be occupied. The mall was fairly clean and had a fresh smell.

The ACE hardware store is quite big and should be amongst the anchor tenants of the mall.
