This is the first udon shop I visited and tasted so i have nothing to compare. The portion is enough on empty stomach, then the noodles texture is chewy, not gooey kind. I really like the noodles.
Their concept is order, get your noodles, pick any side dish, order drinks and paid, then pick your seat. They guaranteed that you will have table after you paid.
My go to order is spicy tori baitan since i like spicy, but this time they have new chicken noddle menu, kotteri tori baitan. Which have creamier soup and thinly slices chicken on top. I add bits of togarashi to spice things up up. And it’s taste good.
My brother like their niku udon, also recommended their beef carbonara, and curry dishes. I tried their kamage udon, which look good in a pict but i don’t like the dipping sauce, maybe i just ate wrong way, since there’s no instructions.
Overall worth visiting if there’s any bowl that suit your taste, maybe few visit to finally find out your favorite.
And the next thing to get is ice cream and pudding. They used to have yummiest macha ice cream but they change it to mango flavored. I find that mango one has gritty texture to it and not smooth enough. The pudding is worth getting. Can’t describe it, it’s just pudding, but yummy 😂😂. We also like their seaweed tempura and...
Read moreVery disappointed with how the staff manages situation. On local time 17.28 I decided to try this place because the queue is short.
A group of muslims in front of me lets me to queue in front of them because they're still waiting for time to break fasting.
2 minutes later finally it is my turn to order, the staff keep insist to let the group of muslims order first because it is close to time for break fasting. Back and forth (between staff and the group of customer) few times with no clear solution from the staff, I had enough. I'm hungry, I walked out.
From the store, I went to informa to fetch stuff, walked to top of the building, get on my car, went to home, sitting on couch. A sirene finally begins to echoing from mosque. It is finally time to break fasting. The time is 18.09.
Oh yeah. What about the udon? It tasted like...
Read moreA franchising Japanese restaurant. Que is quite long during the grand opening on 5th of May. Currently there is a grand opening promo, which is buy 1 niku udon and free 1 kage udon until 19 May if I'm not wrong. Service attitude is good, smiling and kept asking if we need any assistance either before placing order or after ordering. Next, the environment, I'd say considerable ok for this kind budget. Price of the foods are slight higher than Ichiban Sushi but acceptable without compromising the quality. Meaning, the quality of the food is 👍🏼👍🏼. I have no idea how to put in words for the taste of the soup, perhaps you should come in experience it yourself. Worth trying. And last but not least, a feedback for further improvement, the restaurant should provide a free wifi since the reception of cellphone signal in that area is...
