This restaurant don’t deserve any stars as well. If you have a kid that is starving, DO NOT EVEN consider coming here. We waited for more than 30mins for 4 drinks to be served - 3 Juices and a Coke. This is despite us reminding them multiple times. Can tell from open counter that they were just not doing anything after the reminders. Customers that came after us were served before us. The servers barely understand English - best to use google translate where possible or maybe just avoid this place. We ordered wanton n shrimp dumpling noodle, but the meat tasted like mock meat and was just full of gluten with maybe less than 5% meat. What’s even worse, the noodle for our wanton and Dumpling noodles were not the usual yellow wanton noodles as shown in the menu. What we got was akin to thin udon noodles. Generally, the menu pics are SUPER deceiving as all the items ordered DO NOT look like their pics AT ALL. The food is horrible, the Siew Mai at one pointed tasted sour. We also ordered salad your (pls see pic) but the you tail was thin n long, tasted more like fried keropok but soggy version. I ordered orange juice as well but it’s so diluted that it feels like I’m drinking 99%water + ice and 1% OJ. We wanted to order a steam fish after they have confirmed with us that the weight of the fish was 800g. The next moment, they came back and told us it was 1KG. We tried to cancel the fish, but they said they have steamed it already and cannot cancel. After further checking with them on why the discrepancy of the weight, they came back to tell us it was 900g. Boil it down to communication problems - so best to use Google Translate to communicate with them as they do not understand/speak English. The whole experience was just horrible and everyone was in foul mood and we wanted to celebrate my son bd but in the end we adjourn to another restaurant to celebrate.

We wanted to look for a restaurant with Chinese style food options, so we decided to try this place out. It's located in the basement of the mall. Unsurprisingly, it was quite crowded on a Sunday afternoon during lunch time. Since the name of the place is Duck Kitchen, we had to try the roast duck. There's a display where the roasted ducks were hung, and strangely they all looked tiny and thin, unlike the ducks we see in Singapore. We ordered the roast duck, spinach with 3 types of egg, fried french beans, deep fried soft shell crab, fried lemon chicken, salad mayo prawns, and ee fu noodles. The roast duck was truly small, but as expected, it was lean and barely had any fats. I'd say it can't compare with the better duck restaurants in Singapore. The 2 veggie dishes were the best for me. The broth for the spinach was really good, and the spinach wasn't cooked till it was too chewy. The french beans were the thinner kind, so they were crunchy and sweet. The soft shell crab was fried in way too much flour. Initially we thought the crab was huge, but it turned out that it was due to the flour. We could barely taste the crab at all. The lemon chicken had way too many bones in it. We expected it to be chunks of meat, but taste wise it was decent. The ee fu noodles and the rice were normal, nothing special.

Bad. Slow service. Waited 30-45 mins for food to be served and it's not even full house. Ordered the Quarter Roasted Duck and the duck came burnt and hard. The rice was cold when the duck was served. Ordered the prawn wanton but got the chicken wanton instead. Prawn wanton is on promotion but maybe they tried to trick the customer by serving the chicken wanton instead. Informed the waitress on this but she replied that it's mixed chicken and prawn. We insisted for her to check and eventually were served prawn wanton. The Mango Pomelo Sago dessert is too watery. Can taste the blandness of water in the Mango Pomelo Sago. The Salted Egg Bun has a dried molten lava inside. Very dry and the molten lava is not even in liquid form. It seems they are skimping on the ingredients. Many other customers complaining too. Table 13 beside us even cancelled their order and left as they waited too long. Don't feel the Aircon in the restaurant. Feeling warm when eating. Bad experience. Don't blame the servers but all towards the executive chef for the poor planning.
