The store do not know how to proceed with preorder and all confused. While I do not mind to pay in advanced so the day itself I can picked it up, but all staff there do not know how to process the preorder in the cash register, ended up advise us to pay on the day we picked up the cake. I place the pre-order on Wed and have been advise the staff there gonna pick it up on Sat. On the day I came to pick up, the staff simply said, all finished. I'm totally lost.. then what is the purpose of preorder then? Better ignore this store if you think u wanna get a preorder except the original taste that surely you'll get easily without preorder.
