THE ILLUSION — Attraction in Batam City

Area is quite small, but the service and hospitality of the staff there was amazing! Ticket costs 80k for adults.

We brought our babies who were less than 3 years old along, so it was free for them. I am giving 5 stars solely based on just the hospitality and service of the staff alone, because the place is really quite small. We had loads of fun there nonetheless, and the staff helped us take almost all of our photos for us!

Just take note, there are no air-conditioned food places anywhere nearby, and Batam's weather is quite hot. It was 34°C when we went there, and we had to take a grab elsewhere to eat as our babies were crying and sweating from the hot weather outside...

I had an amazing experience at the Illusion Room yesterday! The staffs were incredibly helpful, especially the team member who assisted me in taking some truly mind-blowing photos , Ms. DITA. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect shot. The illusions were clever and awe-inspiring, but it was the exceptional customer service that really made my visit stand out. Kudos to the entire team, especially my photographer extraordinaire, Ms. DITA you are truly an amazing person thank you so very much !!Can't wait to come back and experience...

I love this place . It cost about 80,000 Rupiah for adult . For childers and senior citizens it cost 40,000 rupiah. The staffs are awesome and they will guide you how to pose at each station and also help us to take photos for us patiently. It take about 30min and you can get some sovereign up on exit . I strongly suggest you to take go jek for your transport it saves money for your every ride . This illusion is near GO CART . So you can come few more attractions near by . Kids will enjoy this...
