The spot in Pantai Duyung itself is full of seaside restaurants, not many of them open early for breakfast. At night, one can find a more laidback dining experience, more calm and peaceful compared to Kuta and other more popular tourist beaches.
It's one of the nice beaches to catch sunrise and morning walk, after all, it's on the same stretch with Sanur and other beach literally called Sunrise Beach. Walk further to the right you would find less congested area.
The parking itself is so so, it's along the stretch of the street, parallel parking. Make sure you park with your car facing the exit to ease your way out when you come in the morning. It does get busy especially during weekends so get there early to get the front row spot to watch the sunrise.
The Balinese sky is pretty...

The path running all the way along the beach at Sanur has been widened and upgraded, which makes for a lovely walk or electric cycle ride (no mopeds allowed 👍👍). I used to park my car in a large open space at Pantai Duyung but please be aware that this area has been closed off by a brick wall and so now only motorbike access is possible through a small gap. This leaves very, very limited on-street car...
