Neun cafe — Restaurant in Denpasar Selatan

My experience at Neun restaurant in Sanur, Bali was extremely disappointing. The food quality was poor, with the alarming presence of what appeared to be a worm in my avocado. I have photos to support this. We also ordered a croissant that was very hard and seemed stale, likely from the previous day. The overall freshness of the food was seriously lacking.

The service was unprofessional and discourteous. The staff were condescending and treated customers with disdain, especially after we reported issues with our food. Their attitude became even colder and more unwelcoming after our complaints.

The combination of subpar food hygiene, lack of freshness, and poor customer service makes it impossible for me to recommend this establishment.

You have to come here (neun cafe healthy express) for the right reason, such as avoiding an overpriced hotel breakfast. Aside from no air conditioning the atmosphere is lovely with a smaller amount of seating. Lots of flowers and it's a quiet street just up from the beach. The prices are very fair. The French style pastries are a good size and surprisingly well made. The pan au chocolat in particular is parisian level quality: airy, flaky, and filled with a generous portion of decadent chocolate. Their batista makes excellent drinks with a lovely presentation. Service was a tad slow for the few customers around. Come here for a relaxing morning pastry and drink before your day...
