Read moreI still remember back in the days this was one of the only ice skating rinks throughout the entire west Jakarta. This place brings a lot of memories for me and my family. For the past years the quality has degraded over time due to the natural aging of time however the quality still stays the same.
One notable issue however is the railing's cover used to cover the metal railing underneath being noticably dirty. However the seats, lockers, bathroom, and skiing shoes are relatively clean and live up to the average policy. It's nice how they do provide a helper penguin for those that can't skate and you can even hire a trainer for skating. Which is very convenient.
The food at the snack bar is okay, it's the generic frozen foods however I didn't expect much from the food since it is a skiing rink after all. If you want to snack, preferably better to pack from home.
The reasoning to my rating is because it has the potential to do better. The ski rink is still amazing. However, I suppose it's the old interior accompanied with the cold light and dirty railings that would seem unattractive to some people. Overall, great...
Read moreActually the skating rink itself is okay, but I think they need to pay attention on some things like :
Please renew the TOILETS, they are in a very poor condition, no closet lid and seat, just the lower part of the closet/toilet with the lids and seats removed. Like omg how am i supposed to use the toilet 😂 I pay quite a high price but the facilities REALLY need to be renewed, i mean, how many years has it been since you guys opened?? I think you guys never renovate or renew the facilities.. Idk tho. Please do pay attention to the cleanliness of the wait area, locker area, and once again, the toilets. The floors (it's from rubber i think) needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Or maybe just change it all over, cause once again maybe it's too old already? And last, ok I know maybe it's because of the ones taking the courses, but PLEASE give us some decent music. For like one full hour I heard the same song on repeat and it's even only half of the song. Personally I'm kind of annoyed 😂. I mean I paid quite the money too to skate here..
Well, I hope this review could be useful for the development of this...
