Extremely disappointed. Food was disgusting and definitely unhygienic.
A majority of the sushi are paired with mushy, yucky mayonnaise that had a slightly green colour and concerning texture. Sushi was awful, didn't taste authentic nor even good. Overpowered and too many fusions.
Service was decent but I'm pretty sure they made the wrong dish. They also forgot to SEPERATE the mayonnaise with the sushi!
Ramen was overcooker and broth was concerningly salty. The tempura wasn't even an acceptable size. Fried salmon that came along tasted weird and disgusting.
Went to this restaurant literally a day ago. Extremely surprised with the many good ratings.
Literally last nightx I started feeling unwell. I lost my appetite to eat and my stomach was bloated. Next day, me and my sister had extremely bad watery diarrhea. Mother had an extreme and uncomfortable migraine, too.
Please do not ever visit this restaurant. I'm being serious, it's for you and your family/friends' own safety.
TL;DR: Restaurant was a zonk. Food was bad. Gave me and my family possible...
Read moreWe had a surprisingly nice lunch at this Japanese restaurant inside the popular Central Park mall recently. We ordered an udon soup, a nice nigiri sushi ladder and a sushi plate with smoky slices of wagyu beef. The fishes are fresh while the beef is cooked perfectly. The noodle soup is not bad either. Prices on the menu are quite pricey, but still reasonable for dishes quality and fresh ingredients served. The menu items are quite extensive as well, so we would revisit again if we're visiting the mall in the future to try more dishes.
The customer service from staff members are quite good and we had no issue. The place ambience is above average compared to other mall-based restaurants in Jakarta. The place is clean, neatly decorated and brightly lit and there is no excessive noises so that you can enjoy your meals peacefully. You can pay with regular V/MC cards...
Read moreCame here few days after the grand opening and the ads in Instagram, turns out few interesting dishes of them were out of stock. Their salmon belly and wagyu beef were out of stock. They had promo for salmon head grill but have to wait around 30 minutes. The waitress had no idea about the menu when we were asking about the food. They were busy talking to each other and also serving the guest, hard to calling them. The price was not making any sense, salmon sushi was 22k for 2 pieces while the salmon aburi was 22k for 1 piece. I asked the waitress again to make sure about the price, she said "yes it is true" while confuse about it, lol. Ordered the tempura roll, they came out with so many mayo on the top which made the flavor gone and felt like cheap sushi.
One start for the place and the vibes. The decoration is pretty nice unlike other restaurants in the mall.
Enough for me to...
