I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bakerzin in Central Park mall, and I must say, the experience left me utterly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the inviting ambiance and attentive staff set the tone for an exceptional meal.
The true star of the evening was undoubtedly the food. Bakerzin's menu boasts a tantalizing array of dishes that cater to a variety of palates. The attention to detail and quality ingredients were evident in every bite. As a food enthusiast, I was thoroughly delighted by the fusion of flavors and creative presentations.
For starters, the Mushroom Truffle Soup was a comforting revelation. Its rich and earthy aroma was perfectly complemented by the subtle hint of truffle, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. The Caesar Salad was a refreshing accompaniment, with crisp greens and a well-balanced dressing that teased the taste buds.
Moving on to the main course, the Grilled Salmon stole the show. Cooked to perfection, the fish was tender and flaky, paired beautifully with a citrus-infused sauce that added a burst of freshness. The Wagyu Beef Burger was a carnivore's dream – juicy, flavorful, and paired with impeccable seasoning.
As someone with a sweet tooth, I couldn't resist indulging in their dessert selection. The Molten Chocolate Lava Cake was a decadent masterpiece, oozing velvety chocolate with each spoonful. The Crème Brûlée was equally divine, boasting a perfectly caramelized top that gave way to a luscious, creamy custard.
The culinary journey at Bakerzin Central Park was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a testament to the chef's skill and passion for gastronomy. The attention to flavor, texture, and presentation was remarkable, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
In conclusion, Bakerzin at Central Park mall is a haven for food enthusiasts seeking a symphony of flavors. From appetizers to desserts, every dish is crafted with meticulous care, resulting in a culinary escapade that leaves a lasting impression. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to indulge, Bakerzin promises a gastronomic adventure that is truly a cut...
Read moreThis Bakerzin food/service is poor in comparison to other places I've visited. Somehow although my order (The Middleweight, steak & potatoes) is on my receipt, the kitchen just decides to forget it. 45min later it finally arrives. No "I'm sorry or compensation". Just wait and wait and more wait until you remind staff a meal is missing whereby they need to remind kitchen. Smh
One thing is this place favor, is after the very long wait the steak on the Middleweight was quality meat. Temperature was off (medium turned out to be medium rare), but good meat all the same. Thus the extra star rating.
Second, the chocolate lava cake was the worse I've seen in awhile. There was no lava?! Just burnt cake, as if it was nuked in a microwave.
Definitely not returning here given all the surrounding options with much...

I like their food. This time I tried their Balinese-sauce chicken. It was really yummy. It's basically two pieces of boneless chicken glazed in sweet-soury Balinese sauce, served with pineapple fried rice. Their interpretation of Balinese sauce is well-appreciated. Quality of food/main course here is excellent.
This is a worthy alternative or competitor to Kitchenette nearby for a similar food and price range. However, this place is quite small. Probably more suitable to have lunch meetings though, rather than for hang outs or...
