Jawa Timur Park 1 — Attraction in Kota Batu

Good place for family, especially for those who have kids. Not only rides that available here, but they offer something with educational values like scientific museums (biology, chemistry, physics, etc).

Unfortunately you have to walk across (almost) everything to reach the main attraction (the theme park). It's not recommended to bring a person that have difficulty in walking like elder person, or have disability (even though they provide a road for wheelchair).

The rides are pretty standard, but somehow, almost every rides move clockwise, so after a few rides you might feel nausea. The haunted house, mystery house, etc are really bad! Not scary at all!

Toilets are available almost everywhere, but the cleanliness is not guaranteed. This place is usually crowded on holiday, so you might have to wait in line before enjoying the rides.

I'm not sure if it really worth...

I'll make this as one of the places that I will visit whenever I come to East Java. It's the place suitable for the family too. You see the largest World's Largest Gong hung outside the entrance and you are encoutaged to hit the gong as a symbol of success during your visit. Once you pass through the entrance gate, you'll be greeted with the life-sized display of the Javanese culture during a feast. This being the introduction of your visit. Anyway... this theme park consists of a few interesting sections - cultural, science, chemistry and the larger portion of this park is the many rides available for the whole family. You will loose track of your time here unless you visit early - you won't be dissapointed...
